Refund & Cancellation

Courses
If a course is not what was promised, write to us within 7 days of enrolling and we will review it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Refunds are not offered where a learner has completed more than 30 percent of the lessons, or has downloaded the certificate.
Books
Free books carry no charge and no refund. Paid books are digital and read-only, so they cannot be returned once opened. If a file is corrupt or the wrong book, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund it in full.
Cancellation
You may cancel an enrolment before you start the first lesson for a full refund.
Failed payments
If money leaves your account but the enrolment does not appear, it is auto-reversed by the bank, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
